RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of our character collection, we only accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery and we must receive the returned item within 30 days of the piece's drop date.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Returned with tags still attached
- Shipped at the customer's expense
Exchanges can be made for the same item in an alternate size (while quantities last) within 7 days of delivery.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide directly from our warehouse in Canada. Shipping times and costs vary by location. You can view estimated delivery times and shipping costs during checkout. Depending on where you are, you may be subject to duties and import taxes.
